Description
Spicy beef noodle soup originated from the royal city of Hue in Central Vietnam. Rice vermicelli, beef brisket, rare beef (cooked by the hot broth), and pork roll in lemongrass flavor beef broth, topping with chopped cilantro, diced green onion, raw sliced onion. A side of shredded red cabbage, jalapeno, mung bean sprouts, and hot chili sauce.
